There's an email going around about H.R. 3200...ObamaCare, and how the President and his Democrat lackey's are trying to push reform to remake the entire health care industry into a government-run, socialized medical system.
But if one reads the bill a little more carefully...one can see that it is in fact just a front to implement one of the primary goals of the Brave New World Order's agenda...to have private info of every citizen and a mandatory National ID so that all people can be tracked and traced by the central authority at all times.
which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identification card;
Gee...I wonder just what kind of applications can be used for such a scannable card, and what kind of info could be accessed by scanning that card? How could it be used?

Here is a link to the part of the bill that mentions the ID card. It is part of a larger system that determines things such as "whether the individual is eligible for a specific service with a specific physician at a specific facility".

You should read through all of Sec. 1173a to see what else the id system will do.
Also that chain email most likely has been modified from the original tweets which are here:

Well that would be at least one positive thing. If they can then tie that to voting eligibility, I would be a happy guy. Honestly, we should have had a national ID card decades ago.
It's a front for that as well as all sorts of other police state measures that will put government in charge of how we live, what we eat, how much we exercise, and so on and so forth... because if the taxpayer foots the bill for your health, then it's arguably "in the public interest" to regulate anything that could impact your health- which means its arguably okay to regulate everything about you. We really, really need to defeat this right now.
Well, the national ID card is actually one of the least of all the problems with Ezekiel Emanual's, I mean "Obama's," healthcare bill.
