But depending on where you live, you definitely want to bulk up your garden. Kale and collards are extremely easy to grow in the summers farther north and almost year-round in parts of the South. And they are extremely good for you. They should be dietary staples for most men, IMHO. Other things I've found extremely easy to grow in the South: sweet potatoes, peppers, cucumbers, radishes. Some of the other traditional veggies like broccoli and cauliflower take a little more work but they are well worth it.

Go see my buddy's website Florida Survival Gardening if you live anywhere southwards. It's also known that physical problems like diabetes is nearly epidemic today.

But I was wondering: while I'm certain that some of this legalized food poisoning is responsible for part of this; I tend more to believe that these congenital childhood disorders are coming mostly from the fact that most American women are not reproducing with (to put it mildly) the best genetic material.

It seems to me that if women are mating with limp-wristed metrosexuals who barely have a sustainable sperm count, or dysfunctional thugs whose own diet is mostly prison food and narcotics, then it logically follows that the offspring of such unions is going to be defective.

Of course, the femihags don't want anyone to notice this; which makes me automatically suspicious that some of the finger-pointing at Corporate Agriculture may be largely a distraction (though this doesn't mean that HFCS and other chemicals are harmless).

What is your opinion on that?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4256367009985298221.post-56864289174722001362013-05-08T14:58:27.979-07:002013-05-08T14:58:27.979-07:00"You are what you eat."

Apparently Monsanto, like the nuclear industry*, could not survive if it could be held liable for the consequences of its acts. That's all I need to know; I don't need to argue the details (though I am not unaware of them).

* The "Price-Anderson Act" exempts the nuke industry from responsibility for its acts (or errors, etc.). If they have an "accident", they don't pay, we do. That's all I need to know. Power divorced from responsibility is always a mistake.

I oppose these two "miraculous" technologies because they are pure hubris. "Hubris often indicates a loss of contact with reality and an overestimation of one's own competence or capabilities, especially when the person exhibiting it is in a position of power." It didn't end well for Icarus; it won't end well for us.

Similarly, it is illegal in Canada and many European countries to question the official narrative of the "Holocaust". That's all I need to know; I don't need to investigate further (though I have).

See how easy they make it to tell that they are lying?Philalethesnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4256367009985298221.post-92082829620687323972013-05-07T16:33:20.871-07:002013-05-07T16:33:20.871-07:00Heh, where are the sick people? Not too bad for a nearly 40yr old dude. Despite little exercise, my body is in decent shape and people sometimes mistake me for being in my late twenties! Ha! :-)

The key is to choose (as much as possible) things that are the closest to their non-processed natural form. Baked potato over fries. Steak over hamburger. Salad (very little dressing) over soup. Water or wine over soft-drinks. Nuts and grains over granola-bars. Etc... It is a very simple rule that you can follow in any circumstance.

In nearly a decade, I did NOT consume any of these, not even once: no coke or any other soft-drink, no ketchup, no mayo, no steak sauce, no candy bars, no granola bars, ho hamburgers (yes imagine that!), no onion rings, no fries, no soup (expect in very high end restaurants, or when it is homemade).

My favorite diet consists of grilled steak or fish or chicken (rarely), with steamed or grilled vegetables + wine, water or tea (not from bottle). For snakcing: fruits, nuts, grains, artisan French bread (a real baguette) and French cheese. Sometimes organic eggs for breakfast..

Give Monsanto (and all processed food industry) the finger.. you'll feel better !!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
